Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept returns?

My hope is that you will fall in love with the art you receive, but if not, I am happy to accept a return. If you are not happy with the item that you purchased, reach out to me as soon as possible. I will accept returns up to 7 days after you receive it.

Shipping cost for returned items

If you need to return an item, please note that the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Buyers are also responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. While I love offering free shipping on many of my pieces, that cost is built into the price and cannot be refunded. Before you decide, I’ll happily share documentation of the shipping cost I paid so you can make the best choice for you. Refunds are processed once the item is safely back in my hands and confirmed to be undamaged. If there is any loss in value, that amount will be deducted from the refund.

What if my item gets lost in the mail?

Once an item is on its way, delivery is in the hands of the carrier. If a print is lost and no delivery confirmation is received, I’ll be glad to send you a replacement. For original artworks, I always purchase insurance, and the cost of both shipping and insurance is already included in the listed price. If an original piece is ever lost, please reach out to me right away so that a claim can be filed.

Sales Tax

Purchases made from buyers in Ohio will be charged the appropriate sales tax. Buyers outside of Ohio are responsible for paying sales tax on any items that are purchased from this site.

Are you a professional artist?

Yes—I am a professional artist. My work has been exhibited, collected, and sold, and creating art is both my passion and my livelihood. Every piece I make is infused with intention, care, and a deep connection to nature and spirit.

How do I know if the artwork will fit in my space?

Each piece includes detailed measurements in the description. I always recommend using painter’s tape on your wall to map out the size—it’s a simple way to visualize how the artwork will look in your space before purchasing.

How do I care for and display your artwork?

My pieces are created with professional materials and meant to last for many years with gentle care. Keep them out of direct sunlight and high-humidity areas when possible. Dust lightly with a soft cloth, and for framed works, use UV-protective glass if you’d like extra protection.

Do you offer payment plans for collectors?

Yes! I’m happy to make art collecting more accessible. Payment plans are available at checkout.

Can I visit your studio or see your art in person?

Currently, my studio is a private space, but you can see my work in person at select exhibitions and shows. I also share new collections online and through my newsletter so you can stay connected wherever you are. Also, if you are interested in a particular piece but would like to see it first, I can arrange to meet you at Simply Art Studios in Grandview Ohio.

Can you tell me about the meaning or story behind a piece?

Yes—every artwork I create holds a story, often inspired by nature, the cycles of life, and the unseen energies that connect us. I share the meaning behind each piece in its description, but I also love when collectors bring their own interpretations. Art becomes even more alive when it resonates with your personal story.

Do your artworks come signed and with a certificate of authenticity?

All of my original artworks are signed, and most also include a certificate of authenticity for your records. This ensures you know your piece is one-of-a-kind and created by me, with care and intention.

Do you use eco-friendly or sustainable materials?

Yes— it is my goal to create in harmony with the earth. I often use flowers, planst and seeds that I have picked, pressed and preserved, salvaged wood, handmade paper, and natural pigments such as earth-based paints. Whenever possible, I reuse packaging materials and choose materials and packaging that are kind to the environment.

How often do you release new collections?

I typically release new work seasonally, sometimes in collections and sometimes as standalone pieces. Each release reflects what I’m exploring in my studio at that time. The best way to know when new pieces are available is to join my newsletter or follow along on social media.
